Book a pickup by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form. We confirm receipt and issue a tracking number immediately.
Pickup Confirmed
Our rider collects the parcel from your specified location. Each item is scanned, labelled and prepared for transit.
In Transit
Your parcel moves through our route network, with live milestone updates sent automatically to sender and recipient.
Out for Delivery
A dedicated rider brings the parcel to the recipient, collecting payment on the spot if cash-on-delivery was selected.
Delivered
Delivery is confirmed with a signature or photo proof, and the sender is notified the moment it arrives.
